## Product Summary

Refund Insights connects to a Shopify store via OAuth. Each time a refund is processed, a survey email is sent to the customer asking for the reason. Merchants see real-time analytics broken down by product, reason category, and time period. Plans start free (50 surveys/month) with paid tiers at $29/month (500 surveys) and $79/month (unlimited).
